Career Hannes Kirchhof studied geophysics at the ETH Zurich (1977/78), followed by training as a photographer at the Ecole d'arts Appliqués in Vevey (1980-1984). He has been working as a freelance photographer since 1984. He is also active in apprentice training and has been an examination expert since 1989 and a long-standing member of the examination board for design professions in Zurich.
