The moment parents offer me their newborn baby in their arms with confidence, I have the knowledge that mine is one of the most exciting professions in the world. This confidence of theirs is so palpable that I want to surpass myself every time to offer them images so charged with emotion that they are left open-mouthed and with tears in their eyes.
It is since 2005 that I have specialized in this branch of photography, studying a lot and attending workshops to hone my technique to the best of my ability. My passion for what I like to call "The Miracle of Life," allowed me in 2007, 2008 and 2012, the only years I participated, to win prestigious awards at Orvieto Fotografia (FIOF) and to be able to exhibit three of my works in two European Museums, one in Zaragoza, Spain and the other in Greifswald , Germany.
I organize Mentoring and Workshops for photographers who want to specialize in Maternity. Together with my husband we organize at least once a year, Basic Photography Courses for everyone.

Today, in addition to my studio in Bellinzona, I have the privilege of photographing newborns, in their first hours of life, at the Sant'Anna Clinic in Sorengo, the San Giovanni Hospital in Bellinzona and the La Carità Hospital in Locarno, where I have been provided with a photography studio in which I can accommodate my little models.
I collaborate monthly with the three Ticino magazines, La Turrita of Bellinzona, Il Ceresio of Lugano and La Rivista of Locarno, which publish my photos on the cradle page (monthly births) It happens more and more frequently that I am called upon to photograph events such as Natural Births or Caesarean Births, where I make no secret of the fact that my involvement is much stronger and I can hardly hold back my emotions and not feel part of that wonderful moment.

My family, especially my husband Roberto, have been instrumental in the success of my profession, putting up with my countless study and work commitments.
